These Terms of Service apply to the VAVAZ online store and to all purchases made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

About VAVAZ

VAVAZ offers made-to-order accessories and objects released in curated sets. Each piece is produced after it is chosen, unless stated otherwise.

Products

We aim to present product descriptions, images, colours, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device, and display settings.

Because many VAVAZ pieces are made after order, small production or print variations may occur.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable products, or technical error.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping costs, duties, and other charges may be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Payment must be completed before an order enters production or fulfilment.

Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

All VAVAZ designs, branding, images, text, product names, graphics, and website content are owned by or licensed to VAVAZ unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use VAVAZ content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The store may rely on third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, analytics tools, and other service providers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAVAZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delays, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
