Shipping Policy

Each VAVAZ piece is made after it is chosen. This allows us to produce intentionally, avoid unnecessary stock, and keep each release focused.

Order processing and production

Most VAVAZ pieces are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after your order is confirmed. During busy periods, launches, holidays, or supplier delays, preparation may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery times depend on your delivery country, carrier, and the product ordered. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and may change due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. If free shipping is available, the applicable threshold or promotion will be shown at checkout.

Separate shipments

Some VAVAZ products may be produced or shipped from different fulfilment locations. If your order contains more than one item, your pieces may arrive separately. You will receive tracking information where available.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your delivery country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are collected at checkout.

Incorrect shipping details

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered production or dispatch.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order appears delayed, please contact us with your order number and shipping details. We will help review the tracking information and work with the carrier or fulfilment partner where possible.
